FOCUS: Athletes often fear the consequences of a poor or less than perfect performance. Whether on the field, in the class room or in general life. Attendees will learn various skills and habits to push through the fear of failure and begin to gain increased confidence and leadership.
Attendees will engage in panel discussion and activities with women that understand the skills and experiences of an Olympic athlete, sports industry leader, current athlete which helped them to excel and succeed push through fears.
WHO: Youth athletes ages 13 and up of any sport
